It was a loooong drive with 2 little girls, but McKel and Avril did AWESOME on the car ride to Billings. We wanted to come for Grandma Char's 80th birthday, and to see Charlie and Annie Jackson get back from their church missions in South America. We are sooooo glad we went. We felt so welcomed and loved and Avril keeps talking about all her Montana aunts, uncles, and cousins.
All the family gathered at the Jacksons:
Always a good time with family :) |
Avril in her special just-right sized chair! |
What a sweetheart |
Ally in her wedding dress... don't let Kyle see! Recognize the dress? I couldn't imagine a more beautiful dress ;) Doesn't Ally look stunning?! |
Saturday morning we met up with Jim and Grammy Carm to feed the ducks at the park. Does Avril like doughnuts?
I think so!

Such sweet sisters :) |
Avril was such a great helper, carrying every item from the table over to the grass! |
McKel with her Grammy :) |
One of the many mommy moments I love... cuddling with my sweetheart girl! |
Now that the ducks are fed... where's my doughnut?! |
What? You want to take my picture? In this old thing? |
Stop, the flash is blinding me! |
Thank goodness for these stylin shades though! |
Classic! |
Without the shades... showing off those big baby blues |
McKel is determined to catch those ducks! She wants to play Duck Duck Goose with them! |
Cute baby duckling :) |
Four generations of girls :) It was so great to get to see Grandma Char. Happy 80th Birthday!! We love you :) |
They like to communicate by slapping the table with their hands. Avril sits in the background, trying to decipher what they're saying. |
McKel says, "no! no! I wasn't ready yet... my hair's a mess!" |
So sweet. Asleep at Aunt Suze's. We wore them out |
My cute girl in her Montana shirt from Grandma Carme |
