December

Looks like I'll just have to start doing bulky posts now that I am such a blog slacker.  So... I have a LOT of pics from December... very eventful month!  We went to Montana for the Ally Jackson/ Kyle DeVerna wedding and spent Christmas up there with family... it was indescribably wonderful to get to be around so many loved ones!

Lets get started with 12/10/11... McKel turns one!!

Mommy bought McKel a couple new outfits for her birthday, this is one of them!  I especially lover her shoes.
To celebrate McKel's birthday, the family all went to Chuck-O-Rama and ate and ate and ate... this was kind of a co-celebration, for McKel's bday and Mommy's up and coming bday!  Mommy turned old... not gonna say how old, but I still feel young and that's what matters!  Proof that I'm still young... I got this cool PJ's for my bday... old people don't wear these do they?
OK I know I look silly, but I'm comfy and warm!  And all by my lonesome watching TV before bed so nobody can judge me!
Next up in the picture fest, comes our fabulous Montana trip!  Lucky for me, Shelby rode up with us and volunteered to drive most of the way.  About an hour in to the drive, I was sitting in the back seat between the girls, trying to keep them happy, when McKel turns to me, and up comes a TON of throw up, spewing from her mouth, and I was the perfect target!  My sweatshirt, pants, even underwear were soaked with vomit.  So... we had to find the nearest bathroom and change and get unstinkified.  I could tell it was going to be a loooong drive!  But that's ok, it was worth it!
Peace, Chubbs!
Chubbs keeps his eyes on the road... and the scampering rodent... or was it a napkin? ;)

love it when this happens in the car!

Avril happily drinking her orange juice!
Here is Avril combing Kyle's hair.  Take note of how well-combed Avril's own hair is :)  Uncle Shelby bathed her and did her hair, since she'd gotten honey all through it while eating her chicken McNuggets from Old MacDonald's in the car...
Don't they look so loving and happy together?

spoke too soon...

Charlie, Uncle Boose, and baby Elly :)

I was thinking my birthday would slip under the radar this year, since I officially am starting to feel super old, I was away in Montana, and at a wedding.  I thought for sure it'd be forgotten.  Well, Aunt Suze didn't let that happen.  She held a surprise luncheon in honor of me, and bought everyone food.  It was so sweet it brought me to tears.  Such Christlike, loving people... pure goodness!  And they even arranged for Shelby to sit while we were out.  Here is what I came back to:

Anything more precious you've ever seen in your whole life?

CHRISTMAS IN LOGAN:
Lucky us!  Another Christmas?!?  After we got back from Montana we celebrated Christmas again with our Logan family... So many presents!  But the best part is getting to spend time with all our loved ones.  It was an amazing Christmas season.

Look at that grinning ear to ear Papa Spencer.  I can see why, he has the cutest granddaughters in the whole world!
